Ukrainian Pop/Rock Songs, Vol. 1

In recent weeks and months, the Ukraine has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. So I decided to find something positive to post about this troubled country. This being a music-themed blog, of course, that can only mean one thing. Yep, you got it! Here's a collection of pop/rock songs by Ukrainian artists. There's some pretty good stuff here, too. So much so that I had to break the post up into two parts. Vol. 2 will follow shortly. Enjoy!  ~  JH

BLOGGER'S NOTE:  Most of the songs here are sung in either Ukrainian or Russian. So if you don't understand what they're saying, it's understandable. For your convenience, I have Google-translated the song titles into English so you can sort of get an idea what they're talking about. But you really don't have to understand the language to appreciate the diversity of musical styles represented here.
