Songs About Hatchets & Lollipops

On a couple of isolated occasions in the past, I have posted songs featuring two different – and completely unrelated – words in their titles. The first was Ninjas & Yo-Yo's, the second was Lobsters & Comic Books. Since those were so well-received, and because I recently had inspiration for other completely unrelated posts, there's this collection of Songs About Hatchets & Lollipops. I hope you will...enjoy!  ~  JH

K-Pop Songs

With the Winter Olympics being hosted by South Korea this year, I decided to finally dedicate a post entirely to K-Pop music – a genre which, if you didn't know, is based exclusively in South Korea and has become wildly successful throughout all of Asia and across the world. Essentially, it's a very upbeat, dance-y pop style, generally accompanied by elaborate and very colorful music videos. While there was a wide variety of popular K-pop artists I could have chosen, this post focuses entirely on the female singers and groups. Mainly because I really don't like boy bands...much less boy bands singing in a language unfamiliar to me. SorryNotSorry! Enjoy?  ~  JH
