"Untitled" Songs

I've never figured out why some artists go to the trouble of writing a song, recording it, and even performing it live, but they're too lazy to give it a proper title. Such is the case with these songs (although a few of them have a parenthetical subtitle. Nameless they may be, but high-quality they also are, for the most part. Enjoy!  ~  JH

Songs About Addiction (But Not Really)

Here's a collection of songs about addiction, but not the kind you think. No, these folks aren't drug addicts. They're addicted to you, to me, to love, to the system, to diesel, to Jesus, and – oddly enough – to slow motion. One song does talk about drug addiction, but the singer denies the fact that she suffers from it. That being said, enjoy this eclectic mix of...something or other.  ~  JH

1)  Bo Saris  ~  "The Addict"

2)  Five Star  ~  "System Addict"  (I somehow missed this song back in the day, but it seems oddly prescient now – many of us, myself included, would likely qualify as "system addicts")

3)  Alex Goot  ~  "Living Addiction"

4)  K's Choice  ~  "Not An Addict"

5)  Family Force 5  ~  "Love Addict"

6)  Shakira  ~  "Addicted To You"

7)  P.O.D.  ~  "Addicted"

8)  Jayne Denham  ~  "Addicted To The Diesel"

9)  Carman ft. DC Talk  ~  "Addicted To Jesus"  (Forgive me for being blunt, but it's crap like this that gives Christian music – in particular, Christian hip-hop – a bad  name. I only include it here as an example of how NOT to reach fans of hip-hop music for Jesus. And yes, I know the song's like 20 years old now.)

10)  Avicii ft. Audra Mae  ~  "Addicted To You"

11)  Simple Plan  ~  "Addicted"

12)  Anjulie  ~  "Addicted2Me"

13)  Robert Palmer  ~  "Addicted To Love"

14)  Carina Round  ~  "Slow Motion Addict"

15)  Alkaline Trio  ~  "This Addiction"

16)  Nomads ft. Vanessa Curry  ~  "Addicted To Love"
