Songs With "Respect" In The Title

Today begins a five-part (maybe more, who knows?) series of posts which are only tenuously related. The common theme is that the title keywords for each post rhyme with each other. This is a group of songs with "Respect" in the title. This week, I'll also be posting songs with the words "Reject," "Connect," "Expect," and "Direct" in the titles. There's no real reason for this; I just felt like doing it. But just because it's pointless, that doesn't necessarily mean you won't enjoy it, right?  ~  JH

2)  Erasure  ~  "A Little Respect"

3)  The Kinks  ~   "A Well Respected Man"

6)  Sting  ~  "Show Some Respect"

7)  Robyn  ~  "Do You Really Want Me (Show Respect)"

8)  Extreme  ~  "No Respect"  (I feel it only fair to warn you about the Sumo wrestler at the beginning.)

9)  Alex & Eddie Van Halen  ~  "Respect The Wind"

10)  Mel And Kim  ~  "Respectable"

11)  The Rolling Stones  ~  "Respectable"
