Remote Control Songs, Vol. 2: "Fast Forward" & "Pause"

Here's part 2 of 3 in my continuing series featuring songs with words commonly found on a remote control in their titles. This time, it's "Fast Forward" and "Pause" songs. Admittedly, there are fewer well-known artists among the "Fast Forward" songs here, and there are even a few audio-only tunes among the "Pause" songs.
