"Down" & "Out" Songs, Vol. 1

When I decided to do a set of "Down" & "Out" Songs, I had no idea there'd be a googolplex of songs to choose from. So I limited the scope to only songs whose titles end in either the word "Down" or "Out." Which brought the number of songs to choose from down to merely a centillion. Many of which were solid choices. So this will be a four-parter. But don't worry. One now, one tomorrow, skip a day or two, and then the rest. I don't want to bring you "Down" or wear you "Out" with these. Enjoy!  ~  JH
